About this notice

This notice concerns the Mixxit coming-soon website. Public app downloads, accounts, trials, purchases and mailing-list signups are not offered in this edition. The apps will have separate privacy information when they become available.

Visiting the website

Delivering a web page requires processing connection information such as your IP address, requested page and browser information.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use PostHog EU to understand visits to this website and interest in Mixxit. We send page paths, broad referral categories and clicks on Coming soon buttons, linked by a random visit identifier. We do not send page query strings, form contents, music or projects, and do not record your screen. We do not enable advertising trackers or a mailing-list form.

No analytics events are sent before you allow analytics. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. The random visit identifier is stored for the tab session and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Withdrawing consent stops future events and clears that identifier; it does not automatically erase events already received.

PostHog receives connection information, including your IP address, when handling requests. Location enrichment and person profiles are disabled in our event requests. Local preview visits are marked as internal.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the processing involved, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need information to verify your request. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or another competent supervisory authority.

If we introduce signups or other services, we will update this notice and provide any required choices before use.
