Our 14-day refund promise
You may request a full refund within 14 days after purchasing Mixxit, including if you used the free trial before buying. You do not need to establish a technical defect to use this promise.
How to request a refund
Email info@mixxit.app within the 14-day window with your order reference and the email address used for purchase. Do not send payment-card details or passwords. We may ask for information needed to locate your order and verify ownership. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, normally to the original payment method. The time until funds appear depends on the payment provider; we do not promise an instant bank credit.
What happens to your licence
A full refund ends the licence associated with that purchase. You must stop using the paid entitlement; we will arrange for it to be revoked. Your own audio, saved projects and exported mixes remain yours. A refund does not create a new free trial.
Trial and cancellation
The free trial lasts 14 days from your explicit start in the app after email verification. It requires no card and has no automatic charge. You can stop using it without cancelling a subscription. The first release is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. The trial period and the refund window after purchase are separate.
Your statutory rights
This voluntary refund promise is additional to mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or non-conforming software and any applicable withdrawal rights. It does not limit claims after the 14-day window where the law provides them. Accepting the software licence alone does not waive a statutory withdrawal right. Any legally required information and separate acknowledgement for immediate digital delivery must be provided during checkout.
Lemon Squeezy and contact
Lemon Squeezy processes the sale and refund under its buyer terms. It also reserves discretion to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks; this is not an additional unconditional 60-day refund promise from Mixxit.
